Download the form to your Mobile or Tablet -
- Click on the PDF to open it
- While the PDF is open, tap the symbol at the bottom of the screen and save the PDF - "Add to Home Screen". This PDF can be viewed off-line.
- PDFs can be organised on your Phone or Tablet screen by creating Folders and drag/dropping PDF icons into custom folders
